The A/C was broken upon arrival, leaving the bedroom unbearably hot on the first night. Accessing the bedroom requires climbing a narrow spiral staircase, which can be tricky. The parking situation was tight and complicated, particularly for larger vehicles, needing expert maneuvering to avoid damage. If you don't secure one of the two spots facing the ramp, exiting the garage becomes a hassle. The cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations. The bathroom and bedroom vents were dusty, and the refrigerator emitted an unpleasant smell.

Had a lovely stay for a business trip. We stayed in a studio apartment with a safe box, central heating, tea and coffee making equipment. The location in a perfect area was perfect and nice and there were the main shopping centre and a main shopping street nearby. Spent our evenings in nearby Atrium bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

This apartment impressed me with its cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals. Having a Moka pot and a Nespresso machine made mornings delicious. The staff communicated clearly before my arrival, answering my questions promptly. Parking was quite tight was good, especially if you're not used to narrow spaces. The shower in my unit was on the smaller side, a bit uncomfortable to use. Still, the location was excellent, within walking distance of Florence's iconic sights.

Be mindful that the location is about a 30-minute walk through some remote streets to the main center of Florence, so a taxi might be necessary.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment was impressively clean and meticulously equipped with modern appliances. The comfortable living area was perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. While the location required a 20-30 minute walk to the heart of the city, it was manageable, and having a fantastic pizzeria just downstairs was a good bonus. Parking was snug, indeed, requiring careful maneuvering, but I appreciated the included option.
